Меры предосторожности при техническом обслуживании оборудования

1. Only authorized personnel may disassemble or repair this machine. Disassembly and repairs must be performed with the power disconnected and under supervision to prevent accidents.

2. Avoid frequent use of the main power switch. For shutdown, simply turn off the stop control button on the temperature and humidity controller screen and the power button on the main console.

3. Regularly maintain the cooling unit’s radiator (condenser) to keep it clean. Dust buildup on the condenser can lead to poor compressor cooling, causing high-pressure switch trips and false alarms. Clean it at least once a year.

4. When opening the test chamber door or placing items inside, ensure that test items do not contact the door or rubber edges to prevent wear on the rubber.

5. Keep the area around the machine clean to prevent dust from entering the unit, which can impair working conditions and reduce performance.

6. Inspect the refrigeration system monthly, checking copper pipes, bell joints, and welds. Report any issues to the manufacturer or qualified personnel.

7. Clean and inspect the distribution board regularly. Dust can impact component cooling and electrical insulation, while loose connectors pose operational risks, potentially damaging components or causing fires. Use a vacuum to remove dust, and tighten component connectors with the appropriate tools.

8. Clean the humidifier periodically to prevent scale buildup that can reduce efficiency and clog water supply lines. Use a soft brush to clean and rinse with water, ensuring complete drainage afterward.

9. Frequently inspect the wet bulb test cloth. If it becomes dirty or hard, clean or replace it to maintain accurate humidity sensing. Replace the test cloth every three months, ensuring cleanliness during replacement.

10. Remove the test cloth during high-temperature tests above 60°C to prevent accelerated aging of the cloth due to heat exposure.

11. Check and adjust the water level of the wet bulb’s water head. Ensure the level is neither too high, which may cause overflow, nor too low, which affects moisture absorption and humidity accuracy. Maintain the water level at about 60% full.

12. Periodically check the two gas-type temperature protection switches, EGO1 and EGO2, in the control compartment. These switches prevent heater and humidifier failures from overheating. Test their effectiveness by adjusting them manually to match the chamber’s current temperature; the machine should alarm if they are functional.

13. Regularly inspect the water system to ensure there are no leaks or blockages and that water level control cups are leak-free and functioning correctly. Clean the pipelines and control cups to prevent clogging, using water that meets quality standards for sustained system functionality.

14. After each test, remove any debris left inside the chamber to keep it clean, preventing airflow contamination.

15. Clean the internal cabin at least twice a year. Use a vacuum or compressed air for dust removal. Maintain the exterior’s cleanliness with a soft cloth and soap water; avoid hard brushes that may scratch the coating.
