Fault Condition Reason Handling Method
Total Power Supply Anomaly Power phase missing Use a multimeter to measure the incoming power supply, find the reason for the missing phase
Power line/connection poor contact, or phase sequence protector line not connected properly Re-tighten the wires
Incorrect phase sequence Use a multimeter to measure the incoming power supply; if the three-phase voltage is normal, turn off the power and swap any two of the three live wires
Voltage too high or too low Use a multimeter to measure the power voltage; if the live line voltage of 380V exceeds 400V or is below 365V, please have a professional electrician handle it
Phase sequence protector faulty Check if voltage and phase sequence are normal; if no anomalies, determine the phase sequence protector is damaged, notify the supplier for replacement
Studio Overheating Temperature limit switch setting incorrect/damaged 1. Check if the temperature limit switch setting is correct, reset if incorrect, suggest setting the alarm temperature 10 degrees higher than the test operating temperature
2. Check if the overtemperature instrument output is uncontrolled, such as always being in alarm output or not outputting, notify the manufacturer in this case
Overtemperature protector connection contact good or correct Check and reconnect properly
Temperature sensor of the overtemperature protector faulty Check the temperature sensor and determine if its performance and accuracy are good; if not, replace and notify the manufacturer
No Power Indicator Power switch poor contact or damaged 1. Check for poor contact in lines or electrical appliances and address
2. Replace with a new power switch
Emergency stop switch poor contact, damaged, or not reset 1. Check if emergency stop has not been reset
2. Check if the emergency stop switch is damaged, notify manufacturer for replacement if so
3. Check if the wiring has poor contact, reconnect properly if so
Relay damaged 1. Use a multimeter to measure if the contactor coil is damaged, then test if the contactor’s normally open and normally closed contact points are good
2. If faulty, replace or notify the manufacturer
Fuse damaged or fuse contact poor Check the fuse and fuse holder and address or replace the fuse
Controller has no power display 1. Check if the controller’s power supply is normal
2. Check if the power switch on the controller is on
If both are normal, contact the manufacturer
Controller Inoperative Controller parameter setting incorrect 1. Reset the correct parameters
2. If internal parameters of the controller are incorrect, notify the manufacturer for assistance
3. If the controller screen is locked, enter operation settings to unlock
Controller communication poor or controller fault 1. Check if the controller module is damaged
2. Check if the signal line is connected well
3. If controller fault, directly notify the manufacturer
Controller heating no output 1. Internal temperature PID setting of the controller unreasonable, contact the manufacturer to assist in resetting the heating PID, or self-tune the PID
2. Observe if the solid-state relay indicator light for heating is flashing; if flashing, heating is outputting, look for other reasons; if no output, determine as controller fault or PID setting unreasonable

Test Cooling Anomaly First group of compressors not running 1. Check if the contactor for a group of compressors is engaged, if not, check if the contactor coil is powered; if the contactor coil is not powered, check if the delay relay for a group of compressors is faulty. Use this method to troubleshoot
2. If still undetermined, contact the manufacturer for assistance
Second group of compressors not running 1. Check if the first group of compressors is working
2. Check if the contactor for the second group of compressors is engaged, if not, check if the contactor coil is powered; if the contactor coil is not powered, check if the delay relay for the second group of compressors is faulty
3. If still undetermined, contact the manufacturer for assistance
Compressor refrigerant insufficient or refrigerant leaking Check if the refrigerant pressure for the first and second group of compressors is normal (normal operation: high pressure 1317KG, low pressure 02KG; static pressure after stopping approximately 10KG). If abnormal, contact the manufacturer to check the system for leaks and add refrigerant
Freezing accessory fault If the static refrigerant pressure for the first and second group of compressors is normal but operating pressures are abnormal, indicates a freezing accessory fault, mainly check if the solenoid valve is acting, have the manufacturer’s engineering staff assist in confirmation. If the solenoid valve acts correctly, check if there’s an internal blockage in the refrigerant pipeline, contact the manufacturer
Controller internal parameters incorrect or controller fault 1. Controller internal parameters not set correctly, contact the manufacturer’s engineering staff for assistance in adjusting parameters
2. If parameters are correct, contact the manufacturer
Test Heating Anomaly Heating tube damaged Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the heating tube, approximately 10~35 ohms is OK, if resistance is higher, indicates the heating tube is damaged and needs replacement
Heating solid-state relay, circuit breaker, contactor damaged, electrical drive signal fault 1. Check if the heating solid-state relay, contactor driving signal is normal. Measure if the related electrical contacts are conducting; if abnormal, replace the corresponding damaged electrical appliances
2. Check if the heating solid-state relay’s driving signal is normal (normally DC12V or 24V voltage), if voltage signal is normal, indicates the solid-state relay is damaged, replace it; if voltage signal is abnormal, check the voltage signal fault
3. Check if there are any loose connections causing poor contact in the heating load circuit, if so, turn off power and retighten
Controller internal parameter setting not correct, contact manufacturer’s engineering staff for assistance in adjusting parameters Controller internal parameter setting not correct, contact manufacturer’s engineering staff for assistance in adjusting parameters
Running fan motor not operating Find the reason for the motor not operating and exclude, refer to “Running Air System Anomaly” methods for handling
Test Humidity Anomaly Humidification tube damaged Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the humidification tube, normally approximately 10~35 ohms is OK, if resistance is higher, indicates the humidification tube is damaged and needs replacement
Humidification solid-state relay damaged If the humidification solid-state relay’s working indicator light is flashing, but there is no output at the load end, indicates the humidification solid-state relay is damaged, needs replacement
Humidification contactor, circuit breaker damaged Check if the contactor driving signal is normal. Measure if the contactor and circuit breaker contacts are conducting well, if abnormal, replace the corresponding contactor, circuit breaker
Humidification bucket water level low Find the reason for not adding water and handle it; mainly check if the humidification bucket’s water cup float ball is abnormal, if the water cup height is appropriate
Wet bulb temperature sensor abnormal Wet bulb temperature sensor inaccurate, contact the manufacturer for assistance in recalibrating the humidity sensor, if unable to calibrate, replace the wet bulb temperature sensor
Wet cloth hung in the wrong position Wet cloth hung on the dry bulb temperature sensor instead of the wet bulb temperature sensor, (above is the dry bulb temperature sensor, below is the wet bulb temperature sensor) rehang the wet cloth properly
Refrigeration Work Anomaly Line contact poor Check the lines and reconnect properly
Controller display abnormal/whether there is output Contact the manufacturer’s technical staff to confirm if repair/replacement is needed
Controller setting incorrect Recheck if the setting is correct, if abnormal, reset the parameters
Refrigeration compressor switch whether open/contact whether good Check if the electrical performance is good, if faulty, first exclude the fault then reopen the switch
Executing contactor contact good/burnt damaged/whether there is output Check if the contactor coil is burnt, check if the contactor contacts in the engaged state are conducting well. If missing phase, need replacement or repair
Air-cooled work environment temperature high, water-cooled water tower water temperature too high or water pressure insufficient Improve work environment temperature, reduce environment temperature to below 30 degrees; if water-cooled equipment check if water temperature is too high, high water temperature generally caused by water tower cooling fan failure, causing water temperature to rise; water pressure insufficient generally caused by dirt clogging, need to clean the water tower water path (normal water pressure 4KG)
Compressor working whether normal 1. Equipment not operated for a long time, no power preheating. Needs power preheating not less than 4 hours before starting equipment
2. Check if the compressor is faulty, if faulty contact the manufacturer for repair
Solenoid valve control whether normal 1. Check if the refrigeration solenoid valve is acting
2. Check if the solenoid valve control signal is normal
Compressor refrigerant insufficient or leaking Check if the compressor refrigerant pressure is normal (normal operation: high pressure 1317KG, low pressure 02KG; after stopping for 4 hours, static pressure about 10KG.) If abnormal, contact the manufacturer to check the system for leaks, add refrigerant
Running Air System Anomaly Line contact poor Check if the lines have poor conduction, then address
Running air motor switch not opened or damaged 1. Check if the switch is open
2. Check if the switch is damaged
Running air motor contactor contact fault, or overheating protection tripped Check if the contactor coil power supply is normal, check if its contacts are performing well; check if overheating protection has tripped, if tripped can press the trip reset button, and check if the current setting is correct
Voltage abnormal, or phase missing Use a multimeter to measure motor voltage, if any two of the three-phase lines have a voltage of 380V, if abnormal, all are faults, need to be investigated and addressed
Fan wheel loose or rubbing against the casing Fan wheel and motor shaft loose or fan wheel rubbing against the casing, possibly caused by machine deformation or loosening during high and low temperature processes during equipment operation, need to readjust fan wheel position and tighten
Motor abnormal noise 1. Motor internal bearings damaged, need to replace bearings or directly replace motor
2. Motor shaft deformed, need to replace motor
No Audible and Visual Alarm Line contact poor Check and reconnect properly
Component indicator light, buzzer, or bell damaged 1. Check if the alarm signal is normal
2. Check if the alarm has working voltage, if there is a matching working voltage but no alarm indication, indicates the alarm is damaged, replace the alarm
Executing component relay damaged Check if the alarm relay performance is good, contacts conducting well
