JCH Series Hydrogen Fuel Cell Stack Environmental Test Chamber

Introduction

In the field of hydrogen energy, the performance and reliability of fuel cell stacks are crucial. In order to ensure the reliability and stable operation of the fuel cell stack under different environmental conditions, our company has developed the JCH series ammonia fuel cell stack environmental test chamber. This series is an advanced equipment designed specifically for the 1KW 30KW fuel cell stack and can conduct environmental simulation tests in accordance with standards such as GB/24554-2009.

The JCH series test chamber has the ability to simulate the combined effects of various factors such as temperature and humidity in natural environments. It has achieved close integration of software and hardware systems with the test bench, and the main control system of the test bench can remotely monitor and control the working status of the test chamber. The temperature control is flexible and can be individually programmed for control. It can also be coordinated with the main control program of the testing bench to ensure the accuracy and controllability of the testing process.

  • The deep integration of software and hardware has achieved a high degree of integration between the environmental test chamber and the test bench, including hardware coordination and software integration.
  • The security linkage mechanism allows for mutual reading of each other’s alarm information and implementation of corresponding security policies when a security alarm occurs at either end, ensuring the safe conduct of the experiment.
